These terms govern your use of filingbase.in and the professional services ordered through it. FilingBase is a venture of LexVerge LLP; services are performed by qualified professionals of the LexVerge network.

Services & scope

Each service covers the scope stated on its page and your written quote. Work beyond that scope is re-quoted in writing before we proceed. Timelines shown are working-day estimates that depend on government portals and your document readiness; they are commitments of effort, not guarantees of government approval dates.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of documents and information you provide. Filings are prepared from your inputs; false or incomplete information can invalidate filings and is your liability. You authorise us to submit applications on your behalf to the relevant government portals.

Fees & government charges

Professional fees are as published or quoted, exclusive of GST at 18%. Government fees, stamp duties and penalties are charged at actuals and itemised. Quotes are valid for 30 days.

No outcome guarantee

Government authorities decide approvals, registrations and assessments independently. We are responsible for professional-standard preparation, filing and follow-through — not for the discretionary decisions of authorities.

Liability

Our aggregate liability for any engagement is limited to the professional fees paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays caused by government systems or force majeure.

Confidentiality & IP

Your information is handled under our privacy policy and professional confidentiality duties. Content on this site is our intellectual property and may not be reproduced commercially without permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law; courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory professional-dispute forums.
