We would rather fix an engagement than argue about it — but here is the formal policy.
Cancel any order before we begin work (document review counts as beginning) for a full refund of professional fees, processed within 7–10 working days.
Once preparation has started, fees are refundable proportionate to work not yet performed, at our reasonable assessment. Once a filing has been submitted to a government portal, the professional fee for that filing is earned and non-refundable.
Government fees and stamp duties paid to authorities are non-refundable by us once paid, regardless of outcome — they are pass-through charges. Where we have collected but not yet paid them, they are refunded in full.
If a filing is rejected due to an error on our side, we redo it at no professional fee and bear any re-filing government fee caused by our error. If we miss a statutory deadline that was our responsibility under an active engagement with complete documents in hand, we bear the late fee — that is the penalty shield stated on our service pages.
Write to us via the contact page with your order reference. Refund requests are acknowledged within 2 working days and resolved within 10.
